Book A Free Tutoring Lesson

Choosing the right tutor for your child is an important decision, and we believe families should feel confident before committing to regular support.

Our free trial lesson gives students the opportunity to meet their tutor, experience how our sessions are delivered, and begin exploring the areas where they may need additional support.

The session also allows us to understand your child’s current level, learning style, and academic goals so that we can recommend the most appropriate approach moving forward.

For many students, this first session becomes a positive starting point — helping them feel comfortable, supported, and ready to engage with their learning.

  • Each trial lesson lasts 60 minutes, giving the tutor enough time to get to know the student and begin exploring key topics in the subject area.

During this time, the tutor may assess the student’s current understanding, work through example questions, and introduce the learning approach used at Tutology. The session is structured to be both supportive and informative, helping students feel comfortable while giving us a clearer picture of how we can best support their learning.

  • The trial lesson is delivered as a one-to-one session, allowing the tutor to focus entirely on your child’s individual learning needs.

This personalised approach helps the tutor understand the student’s strengths, areas for development, and preferred learning style. It also gives students the opportunity to ask questions, build confidence, and experience the supportive environment we aim to create in every Tutology session.

  • The trial lesson is offered completely free of charge, with no obligation to continue afterwards.

Our aim is simply to give families the opportunity to experience how Tutology tutoring works and decide whether it feels like the right fit for their child. After the session, we will share feedback and discuss the next steps if ongoing tutoring would be beneficial.
